Horrible wait times, horrible service, horrible staff. Just awful. I told the staff when I made the appointment that my car was making a weird noise and wanted it checked out. Within the 3 days before my appointment, I checked my transmission fluid and it was discolored almost gray. I did not feel safe driving it. The day of my appointment, I had the vehicle towed to Vic Koening. I called them to tell them about the transmission fluid and that I was having it towed. My appointment was at 9am and I did not hear from them all day. I called late afternoon for an update and they said could not find anything wrong with my car when they drove it. They heard the noise the first time but not the second. When I asked about the transmission fluid, they said they would have to check (I'm assuming the front desk didn't inform them). When I went to get my car, I could still hear the loud noise and was told NOTHING was wrong with the transmission fluid. I asked them to keep the car and do a transmission flush to be on the safe side. I had the paper towels in the back seat from where I had checked the gray transmission fluid MULTIPLE TIMES before my appointment. I even had it checked out by another mechanic that recommended the transmission flush. They were able to squeeze in the transmission the following day. After picking up my car (after hours), I notice there is still a loud noise. I called the next morning and was told "They only checked for a whistling noise because that is what I reported when I first called." Even though, I mentioned the loud exhaust and transmission issue the day is was towed. The front desk told me, " They only check on specific items that the customer requests" BUT everytime I bring my car there for an oil change... they say my wipers need changed (one time I had the receipt in my pocket from changing out the blades before arriving), the filter needs changed (at every oil change?) or they try to up-sale me on tires. My SUV had an exhaust leak which can be easily seen if they would of looked under my car or tried to actually pinpoint the noise instead of taking my vehicle for a joy ride after I had it towed there!

Mike Edwards was a super. Ice guy. He didn’t try to push anything on us. He just showed us vehicles that he felt was a fit for us.my only complaint and I mean only is that when I bought a Chevrolet vehicle I was expecting it to be American made. Unfortunately after I got home I did more research and realized it was made in South Korea. I am ok with that but someone that only wants to buy American made vehicles would have been highly disappointed and possibly brought the vehicle back like my father. My dad was super excited I bought an “American” made vehicle so I will not be telling him it was made in South Korea. Just make sure and let people know that are looking at the Chevrolet Trax that they are not made in America at all. Other than that our experience was extremely good.

He kept me updated on its arrival date and he helped get all the financial issues done before the Trax arrived, the financial staff worked their best to get me the lowest interest rate. Once I got the Trax and realized the rear window wiper was not on correctly, (it swept down the car body instead of across the windshield) the staff got me in immediately and had it corrected within minutes. I was able to make my appointment promptly. The waiting area was clean and nice. The service lady helped me locate my insurance paper I needed to cover repair. She was nice and didnt make me feel dumb for not understanding I needed this information. The repair was quick.

I don’t know that it was your fault totally but 26 days to wait to get your brand new car repaired is a LONG time. We were not offered a loaner car until day 14 of our car being there. We are worried about what else may go wrong with this car free this happening at 5000 miles. We did open a case with Gm because we are not happy with th vehicle having all these issues so soon. We must say you have. Great employee in Madison she is very helpful , polite, and even delivers the bad news in a positive manner. She is to be commended on her customer service and attitude. She deserves recognition and a raise!

I had an appointment on December 10 at 9 AM to have my Yukon XL looked at and whenever I dropped it off they said they had an idea what was wrong because it was common with that specific vehicle and said it won’t take long. I informed them that I had kids to pick up by 2 PM and they would let me know before then. I called at 3 PM to check on the status because nobody had contacted me about an update on my vehicle and they said that it would not be ready until the next day and I did not get my vehicle until the next day about 4 PM which was another hassle because I was working a 12 hour shift where I could not leave to get my vehicle. The representative made me feel like I was an inconvenience and the manager actually called me back with the arrangements to have my vehicle delivered to my work.
